Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, spare buttons, and garment bags are included to maintain product quality.
Ship the Garment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of receiving your RA.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
